James Latham & BS 5268 Part 2
Demand for BS5268 Part 2 panels products has increased for use in structural applications. Timbers, Builders and Roofing Merchants are now stocking products to meet the requirements as set out in Building Regulation 7.  BS5268 Part 2, Section 4, sets out specific grades of plywood that are recommended for load bearing applications and states that they must be produced under a quality assurance system.

Bausen Sold Pre-Finished Flooring
The Bausen range of solid hardwood flooring, offers a wide range of species to tailor make any interior design.  Supplied tongued and grooved with ends matched and 5 layers of UV cured lacquer (The Antique range has 7 coats of UV lacquer) or UV oil based finish to create a closed pore sealed surface, added strength, stability and resistance to moisture.  All boards have a micro bevel profile giving completed floors a consistent joint detail.
